HomeWise Fair Use Policy

Personal account ownership

Your HomeWise account is created for your individual use and contains private conversations, documents, projects, and reports.

Each account may be used by one person only. Do not share your password, verification codes, recovery codes, or account access.

HomeWise accounts are not shared family accounts, household group accounts, team accounts, contractor accounts, adjuster accounts, consulting accounts, or commercial document-processing accounts.

If a user voluntarily shares credentials contrary to the Terms, HomeWise is not responsible for access or actions performed using those valid credentials, except as required by applicable law.

Professional and commercial use

Consumer HomeWise accounts may not be used for:

• Commercial document processing
• Unrelated third-party client work
• Insurance-claim operations
• Contractor business operations
• Reselling Omar answers
• Consulting services
• Bulk document processing
• Automated extraction
• Competing products or services
• Training another AI system

Professional, commercial, bulk, or third-party document use requires separate authorization and may require a future professional plan. Professional access is not currently offered.

Access levels and allocations

• Public Omar™ introduction: up to 3 complimentary general education questions, without an account.
• Verified free HomeWise account: one project, limited HomeWise Vault™ storage, one sample document upload, and up to 5 additional Omar questions.
• HomeWise Plus™: $49 per month plus applicable taxes. Unlimited access for reasonable personal homeowner use, subject to the HomeWise Fair Use Policy. Specialized, intensive, or structured reviews may still require HomeWise Credits™ or a separately disclosed fee.

Abuse prevention

HomeWise applies server-side controls for:

• Question limits
• Upload limits
• Page-processing limits
• Rate limits
• SMS-send limits
• Verification-attempt limits
• Repeated signup attempts
• Duplicate free allocations
• Disposable emails
• Suspicious phone-number patterns
• Automated access
• Account sharing indicators
• Commercial-use indicators
• Bulk document processing
• Credential stuffing
• Unusual geographic or device changes

HomeWise uses risk signals carefully. HomeWise does not automatically penalize legitimate users solely because several people share an IP address, such as a family, workplace, apartment building, school, library, or cellular network. Administrative review is available for any account restriction.

HomeWise Intelligence™ protection

HomeWise Intelligence™, including internal doctrine libraries, review methods, and system instructions, is proprietary. Accounts may not be used to extract, export, resell, or reproduce these materials, or to train another AI system.
